Power star Pawan Kalyan has been advised by the doctors to undergo a corrective surgery for his back pain but the actor is postponing the operation for completing the current movie Gopala Gopala starring Victory Venkatesh, Shriya Saran, Bollywood disco king Mithun Chakraborthy under the direction of Kishore kumar alias dolly. Pawan Kaly is suffering with severe backpain for last few months but working for the movie by taking pain killers. Once he undergoes surgery he need to take rest for four months. Pawan Kalyan felt after completing the movie he would go for surgery before taking up another project Gabbar singh-2 which is going to start from November onwards but after surgery it is impossible for him to take up the project
